RE: Foreclosure sale of #306 - 535 Nicola Street
Matt France was appointed by RBC Royal Bank of Canada to sell the foreclosure listing at #306 - 535 Nicola Street, Vancouver BC. Throughout the process he communicated entirely with the appointed lawyer and it is my understanding that the lawyer is extremely happy with Matt's abilities. His marketing resulted in having approximately 40 people make appointments to view the property; bringing 6 offers to the lawyer's office. In the end, an offer over list price was accepted and approved by the courts. In today's market conditions, I feel that this is a great achievement. I fully recommend Matt for selling any foreclosure or other residential property.

This summer my work relocated me to the Lower Mainland from Edmonton. I was assigned a realtor as part of the relocation package but after a few weeks of working with the assigned realtor I switched to work with Matt France (who I had heard about through a friend). Because I was working 10 hour days and travelling often on weekends, I needed someone who could take my requirements and provide me with an already vetted list to look through and subsequently view. Throughout the search, between, Matt, my partner and I, we visited over 60 houses from East Van to Burnaby to Port Moody to New West to North Van to Port Coquitlam. After many long hours and community/house reports and analysis we found the home that met every requirement on our list (and more). I was impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and extra effort that Matt put in to helping us find our new home and would recommend him to any of my friends or family in their real estate dealings.
